Inclusive Post-Secondary Education (IPSE)
Overview
The IPSE Society of Alberta is a non-profit organization that provides individuals with developmental聽disabilities a university experience, and support transiting to employment.聽 We celebrate personal gifts and passions, while addressing barriers from both a societal and an individual perspective.
Inclusive Post-Secondary Education (IPSE) facilitates opportunities for diverse learners to cultivate their academic and social aspirations, at either the 春水堂视频 of Calgary or St. Mary鈥檚 春水堂视频. Students have a distinct voice in their learning outcomes and actively participate in designing their own learning model tailored to their preferences, abilities and聽interests. Instruction is paced to a student鈥檚 unique needs.
We are deeply invested in positive, enduring outcomes for each of our students and alumni, and acknowledge that challenges are best met in a way that promote both independence and resilience. We aspire to create new and innovative ways to address the hard questions. To this end, we provide personalized supports聽to our students and graduates while building community alliances to ensure聽long-term success.聽
